Jay-Z has announced the release date of his first solo studio album in four years during a commercial for Samsung cell phones which aired during Sunday night's NBA Finals.
It will be Jay-Z's 12th studio album and ... guess what! He's giving away 1 million "free" copies in partnership with Samsung Galaxy 72 hours before the July 4th official release date.
The album is sinisterly titled "Magna Carta Holy Grail"! This comes after Kanye West's album was oddly titled "Yeezus" and he was indifferent about the revenue the new album generates. Who wants some "free" copies?
