34 year old Chelsea and her investment banker husband Marc Mezvinsky welcomed their first child, a daughter, on Friday, Sept. 26. The baby is the first grandchild of Bill and Hillary Clinton, who have gushed at length about their excitement at a number of public speaking events in the past few months, big congrats to them, they must really be happy right now...cool.
