City face Luis Enrique’s side at the Etihad Stadium in the round of 16 first leg looking to avenge last season’s defeat, that saw the Premier League side crash out at the same stage by a 4-1 aggregate scoreline.<br />

Barca have an embarrassment of riches in attack boasting the likes of Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar although Nasri is adamant that only the Argentine stands out as being on par with Cristiano Ronaldo as the world’s best.<br />
He told reporters: “Messi and Ronaldo play in their own galaxy. But the rest, Suarez and Neymar, they are the same level as Sergio [Aguero]. We are not going to be scared.<br />
Speaking about their defeat to the Catalans last season, he continued: “I think it was too much of a big game for us. “We gave Barca too much respect last year. This year is different. We know what we’re capable of.”<br />

The list was compiled by the FIFA Football Committee with the help of French magazine France Football. It will be trimmed to a shortlist of three on Dec. 1, with the winner announced at a ceremony in Zurich on Jan 12, 2015.<br /><br />The list features 17 players from Europe, five from South America and one from Africa (Yaya Toure).
