Premier League says Lampard is fully a City player, never signed for New York City FC

The Premier League has confirmed that Frank Lampard did not sign for New York City and is fully owned by Manchester City.
Lampard was unveiled as a new arrival at the Major League Soccer club after leaving Chelsea and then completed a ‘short-term’ loan deal to City.<br />
This loan deal has been extended to the end of the season, but the Premier League has stated that City holds all his
registration details.

“The Premier League has sought and received assurances from Manchester City that there is no agreement in place between the club or City Football Group with New York City FC relating to the player,” they told ESPN.</div>

He is the global face of Fifa range of video games by EA Sports, Samsung's Galaxy 11 and a new campaign for Gatorade. The list was compiled by the FIFA Football Committee with the help of French magazine France Football. It will be trimmed to a shortlist of three on Dec. 1, with the winner announced at a ceremony in Zurich on Jan 12, 2015.<br /><br />The list features 17 players from Europe, five from South America and one from Africa (Yaya Toure). After losing 3-2 to Congo, 1-0 to a meek Sudanese side, drawing with South Africa and being at the bottom of Group A with a single point after three rounds of matches in the qualifying tournament for Morocco 2015, it looks like the Nigeria Football Federation is getting ready to replace Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi.<br /><br />The NFF have said they won't make any hasty decisions on Keshi's future but will wait till the match tomorrow to know what step to take next. Sports analyst believe that if the Super Eagles fail to win the match tomorrow, then Keshi can as well kiss his job goodbye. <br /><br />The NFF board will meet today and tomorrow after the match to determine where to go from here but there are strong indications that they are already looking for a replacement for the coach.<br /><br />Meanwhile, Keshi has revealed that he has several countries waiting to hire him should he be sacked. Do you think Keshi should be replaced or left alone to continue...?<br />
