The Dramas Happening before election ehn, just this morning, the Owerri Capital Development Authority, OCDA, tore President Jonathan's bill board in Owerri around Concord Avenue by Civic Center estate. They said they were working on instruction. GEJ is reportedly due to be in the state tomorrow. check another pix below:
